Hello all – I’m starting this blog for 2 reasons.  First, I hope it helps you get to know me a little better.  But secondly, and more importantly, I hope you can benefit by some of the info that I pass along.  I’ll mostly be pointing you to useful and interesting content that I find on the subject of fitness and nutrition.  But we’ll see where it goes.
